In addition, Michele is an Early Language Lead Practitioner and sessional tutor for Suffolk County Council. Michele is Playschool's Safeguarding Lead and Deputy SENDCo. |
Cat - Assistant ManagerCat joined Playschool in 2004. She has a degree in Art & Design (Textiles) and post graduate certificate in education (PGCE). Cat also has a diploma in Pre School Practice (Level 3) and is accredited to work with babies and young children. She has current Food Hygiene and Paediatric First Aid certificates. Cat is an Early Language Lead Practitioner. Cat is Playschool's staff mentor and supervisor. |

Rachel has a diploma in Children's Care, Learning and Development (Level 3) and a Level 5 qualification in Leadership for the Children and Young People's Workforce. She is also accredited to work with babies and young children and has current Food Hygiene and Paediatric First Aid certificates. Rachel works across all cohorts supporting management and staff, particularly working to facilitate continuous professional development and reflective practice. Rachel is Playschool's SENCo. |
